O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.08.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent on 28.08.2015 stating that the proposed accused has borrowed a sum of Rs.7,00,000/- from him, but he neither paid any interest nor returned the amount. He further submitted that even though C.S.R.No.1205 of 2015 has been assigned, the respondent has not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that after due enquiry, the petitioner's complaint was enquired and closed on 29.08.2015 with a direction to the petitioner to work out his remedy by approaching appropriate forum. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
