PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the 3rd respondent herein to register the complaint of the petitioner herein dated 24.08.2021 and investigate the same. For Petitioner :

ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.08.2021 and investigate the same.
2.The grievance of the petitioner is that when the petitioner was alone in the house, one Ayyappan, Kumaravel, Mohan, Arul, Satheesh and Raman in an intoxication mood had entered into the petitioner's house and assaulted her. Earlier, the same attack has been made, for which, she lodged a complaint and CSR Nos.447 of 2020 and 35 of 2021 assigned but no action has been taken. Emboldened by the inaction of the police, the assailants attacked the petitioner, who is a lady and suffering from ailments.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that in this case, it is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the counter complainant. The dispute had been blown out of proportion and projected, as though the petitioner has been assaulted.
4.In any event, earlier, two CSRs assigned and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in both the CSRs, if no order is passed on the complaint of the petitioner so far, to dispose of the complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law.
5.With the abovesaid directions, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
