O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2022 and to conduct enquiry and to issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner.
2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2022 for issuance of patta has been considered and the same was rejected.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
