This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in Crime No.248 of 2022 dated 30.06.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that case in Crime No.248 of 2022 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Section 294 (b), 326 and 506 (i) I.P.C.

3.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. Therefore, petitioner is directed to co-operate with the investigation officer for the investigation.
