The learned counsel for the petitioner made the following endorsement:- "The dispute arise in the present application is settled out of Court. Hence, this Petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The petitioner also seeks liberty to withdraw the amount deposited to the credit of this Petition before this Hon'ble Court."

3. By an order dated 22.04.2024, the learned Single Judge had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of the present Original Petition as a condition to grant stay. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner withdraws the petition, he is entitled to get back the amount deposited into Court. If the amount is available, then the petitioner may file necessary memo before the Registry and on verification of the same, Registry may issue necessary proceedings to refund the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the petitioner/counsel for the petitioner after getting appropriate acknowledgement, undertaking and on proper identification.
