This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner should report before the Respondent police on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4839 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1783 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023.

2. Heard. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet is filed, but not yet taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
