This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.No. 5341 of 2023 dated 07.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the learned XXII Additional Judge, Chennai on all working days at 10.30.a.m., till the framing of charges and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.

2. It is now informed that, charges in this case had been framed. Therefore, petitioner is directed to approach the learned XXII Additional Judge, Chennai seeking relaxation of the condition. If the learned Judge feels that, petitioner is not required to observe the condition, suitable order may be passed.
