THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.13731 of 2021 IN CRL OP.19753 of 2021 SURYA [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, ALL WOMEN POLICE STATION, POONAMALLEE, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.21 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honourable Court by order dated 11.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19753 of 2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MAGESHKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19753 of 2021 on 11.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and fifteenth of every month for interrogation on receipt of summons.
