This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 117 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 25.01.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.528/2021 in Spl.S.C.No.31/2021 on the file of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Erode.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice of the respondent and he did not raise any serious objection. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the petition is allowed.
