Petition is filed to quash the criminal complaint pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Walajapet. It is a private complaint lodged against the neighbours of the defacto complainant that they have assaulted her and abused her in filthy language. Private complaint has been taken on file by the trial Court in C.C.No.60 of 2023.

2. Based on the sworn statement of the complainant and medical records, this Court finds no reason to entertain this petition seeking quashment of the C.C.No.60 of 2023 as against the petitioner.
