ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.30 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of CBCID. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second petitioner herein, a case in Crime No.30 of 2016 has been registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 379 of IPC and 3(i) of TNPPDL Act and since the accused A3 and A6 were working at Police Department, the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent did not take any action against them and hence, the petitioners have come forward with this petition. 4.The case has been registered only on 27.02.2016. Hence, this Court feels that this petition seeking transfer of investigation is pre-mature in nature.

5.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as pre-mature in nature. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
