2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.E.Veda Bhagat Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the second respondent. In respect of the first respondent, though notice served, it was not claimed.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
