Crl.M.P.No.15489 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.15489 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.19530 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19530 of 2022 by order dated 18.08.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would also submit that investigation had been completed and charge sheet has been filed learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mannargudi and taken on file in S.C.No.40 of 2022.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19530 of 2022 by the order dated 18.08.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Mannargudi on the first working day of December 2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
