This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to expedite the trial in C.C.No. 63 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3. Taking into consideration of the fact that the case is pending from the year 2015, it would be appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial.
