ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupur (Juvenile Justice Board), to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.854 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The petitioner is an accused for the offences punishable under Section 392 of IPC.

3. Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side. The materials available on record were also perused.

4.Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirupur (Juvenile Justice Board), to consider the bail application of the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and pass appropriate order on the same day of his surrender.
