Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to take appropriate criminal action against the fifth respondent and direct the third and fourth respondent to restore the park in approval layout Ma.Va/Na.V.E.No.314/1994 Telephone Nagar, Murugesan Nagar, Kumalan Kuttai, Erode, based on the representation dated 17.9.2022.

ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.J.Franklin, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr.C.Kathiravan, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1, 2 and 6; and, Mr.M.Rajamathivanan, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, after the writ petition is filed, respondent No.5 has restored the park.

3. Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that respondent No.5 has restored the park at his own costs.

4. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
