When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the offences involved in this case viz., 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) are bailable in nature and hence, need for anticipatory bail does not arise 2.

Recording the above submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
