Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to restore the patta in Patta No.177 in respect of the lands comprised in Survey No.109/2B, 106/1, 110/2 and 110/3 situate at Periyakattuppalayam Village, Madalappattu Majura, Cuddalore Taluk and District by removing the name of Tamil Nadu Boomi Dhana Board in its original position based on the representation dated 02.11.2021 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to restore the patta in Patta No.177 in respect of the lands comprised in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Survey No.109/2B, 106/1, 110/2 and 110/3 situate at Periyakattuppalayam Village, Madalappattu Majura, Cuddalore Taluk and District by removing the name of Tamil Nadu Boomi Dhana Board in its original position based on the representation dated 02.11.2021 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation which was submitted by the petitioner, dated 02.11.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to produce all the relevant documents in respect of his possession. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
