O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner on the guise of inquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that, on a complaint lodged by one Ramadass, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquriy and at the time of conducting enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
