ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Cr. No.19 of 2018 on the file of the District Crime Branch, Coimbatore District at Coimbatore and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed in C.C. No.626/2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore and hence nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
