ORDER

Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 & 4 would submit that his presence was not marked in the order dated 09.03.2026. Hence, he requests this Court to record his appearance in the said order.

3. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the order dated 09.03.2026, at paragraph No.5, the direction was issued to the 2nd respondent instead of 1st respondent. Hence, he requests this Court to rectify the same.

4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to print the name of "Mr.S.Ananth, learned counsel for the 3rd and 4th respondents in the appearance portion of the order dated 09.03.2026.

5. Further, as requested by the petitioner, the paragraph No.5 of the said order reads as follows:

"5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2022 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

4. With regard to the remaining portion of the order, there is no need for any modification.

5. The Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in terms of the Order and issue a fresh order copy.
