Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the complaint No.6023/M2/2021 regarding fraudulent registration expeditiously with a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.R. Arunkumar For Respondent : Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to dispose of the complaint No.6023/M2/2021 regarding fraudulent registration.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner lodged a complainant as against the fraudulent registration of deed of conveyance before the respondent. It is pending for enquiry after issuance of notice dated 02.08.2021.

4. Considering the above, the respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
