ORDER

The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is for a direction to the second respondent to investigate the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.642 of 2019 dated 18.06.2019 and take further action.

2.Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the enquiry is being conducted on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.06.2019 that they will endeavour to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible.

3.By taking into account of the limited prayer and the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint, almost, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
