This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.OP.No.11174 of 2023 dated 20.7.2023 for a period of four weeks to deposit a sum of Rs.37,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.4 of 2020.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended till 17.11.2023 to comply the condition as directed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11174 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023. It is made clear no further extension of time will be granted.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
