PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.4683/Aa1/2021 dated 30.08.2021 and the consequential proceedings of the 6th respondent in A.Thi.Mu.No.714/Aa1/2021 dated 03.09.2021 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner as a Secondary Grade Teacher from the date of appointment i.e., 19.10.2017 along with attendant and monetary benefits.
