2.The order dated 30.10.2023 is recalled and modified as under.

3.Mr.Aravind Subramaniam, learned Senior Counsel appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the application may be allowed for extending the time for passing an award by six months by the learned Arbitrator.

4.Ms.S.Ashwini, learned counsel who appears on behalf of the respondent through Video Conferencing submits that she has no objection to allow this application.

5.Recording the above submission, this application stands allowed and the time is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the learned Arbitrator to pass such orders.
