PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to transfer the case in connection with Crime No.342 of 2017 from the 2nd respondent to 3rd respondent and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to investigate the same and file the final report within a stipulated period.

ORDER
The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that R.D.O has completed the enquiry and has also given a report to the Investigating Officer. The investigation is in progress and the same will be completed within a period of one month and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there was absolutely no progress in the investigation and only after filing of this petition, some progress was shown. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner lost her daughter and she has very strong suspicion as against one Ramesh Kumar.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court does not want to transfer the investigation at this stage since there has been progress in the investigation and the R.D.O report has also been furnished to the respondent police.
5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
