O R D E R

(through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, to direct the respondent police to take further action based on the petitioner complaint dated on 02.08.2019 in accordance with law.

respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that in respect of the complaint dated 02.08.2019 given by the petitioner, the second respondent police herein, on considering the same, registered a case in Crime No.761 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 465 of Indian Penal Code against one Rajkumar and Sumathi.

4.Hence, in view of the above, as already the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been considered by the second respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
