This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to transfer the investigation in FIR No.303 of 2016 on the file of the 4th respondent to some other police agency with specific technical knowledge.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, he learned Government Advocate submitted that in the case in Crime No.303 of 2016, after completion of investigation, is closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Since the FIR in Crime No.303 of 2016 is closed, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
