Respondent PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to invite fresh tenders for granting licence for operating Hotel reservation facility at the Chennai Airports, through fresh advertisement with modified condition, without incorporating the condition to have minimum Annual Turnover of Rupees One Crore from Hotel Reservation Bookings alone, for participating in the tender for the said business for the period of three years from 2004.

This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a direction to the respondent to invite fresh tenders for granting licence for operating Hotel reservation facility at the Chennai Airports, through fresh advertisement with modified condition, without incorporating the condition to have minimum Annual Turnover of Rupees One Crore from Hotel Reservation Bookings alone, for participating in the tender for the said business for the period of three years from 2004.

2. Mr. K. Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
