Assistant (Science ) in the 3 rd respondent school from the date of appointment on 01.06.2025, in consideration of proposal submitted by the 3 rd respondent school in Letter No.70/2025 dated 01.06.2025 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including assessment of salary within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Mythreye Chandru S.G.P For R1 And R2 COMMON ORDER The instant writ petition has been filed directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to approve the appointment of the petitioners in the sanctioned post of B.T. Assistant (Maths) and (Science ) in the 3 rd respondent school from the date of appointment on 01.06.2025, in consideration of proposal submitted by the 3 rd respondent school in Letter No.68 & 70/2025 dated 01.06.2025 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including assessment of salary.

2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that the 3 rd respondent had already sent a proposal appointing the petitioners, namely M.Sangeetha as B.T. Assistant (Maths) and S.Sheela as B.T.Assistant (Science) vide their proposal dated 01.06.2025. Such proposal is

pending with the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the petitioners' representation dated 01.06.2025 and pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
