ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.07.2020 and consequently to issue patta to the people of MGR Nagar situated at Kumarasamipettai Post, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District within the period fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.C.Palanisamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents .

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2020, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, by giving an opportunity of hearing and pass orders to issue patta to the people of MGR Nagar situated at Kumarasamipettai Post, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
