[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to cause production of the body of the petitioner's fiancee Nirmala, D/o. Selvakumar, aged about 26 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. In fact, we have posted the matter today in view of the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner on 06.11.2019. The order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passed by us on 06.11.2019 speaks for itself. Thus, the detenue is set at liberty and no further orders are required to be passed.
