PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for selection and admission to post Grade Medical Courses for the academic session 2025-2026 through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test - PG 2025 (NEET PG 2025) under persons with Benchmark Disability (PWBD) Category based on the Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority in consideration of representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.06.2025 forthwith.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed with a prayer for Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for selection and admission to the post Grade Medical Courses for the academic session 2025-2026.
2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has sent e-mail representation on 17.07.2025 along 2/6
with Disability Certificate, seeking admission to the postgraduate course under the Persons with Disability quota and such representation is pending for consideration with the respondents.
3. At this juncture, the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 4 and the learned Standing Counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 would fairly submit that they will consider the petitioner's above representation and pass orders within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and also perused the materials available on record.
5. In such view of the fair submissions, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court, deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's above representation dated 17.07.2025 and pass orders, according to its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6
