The petitioner, who is a sole accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 477-A IPC on the file of the respondent police, in Crime No.19 of 2016 and seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has misappropriated a sum of Rs.3,43,423/- and returned a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- and the balance amount was not paid to the defacto complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Further she submitted her resignation letter to the defacto complainant on 24.08.2015, which was not accepted and subsequently, on 04.09.2015, the hooligans sent by the defacto complainant to the house of the petitioner, have taken away money and other articles, for which, the petitioner has lodged a complaint and filed a petition in Crl.O.P.No.4862 of 2015, to register a case against the defacto complainant and it was also disposed of on 04.03.2016. 4.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) would submit that the petitioner has no previous case and he has no bad antecedents against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of the allegation made against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pondicherry and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 7.
The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. kal 16.03.2016 Crl.O.P.No.5607 of 2016
