A.No.4992 of 2023 in OP.DR.No.63884 of 2021 R.N.MANJULA, J., The necessary Court fees for petition seeking Succession Certificate has to be paid by a chellan before the Reserve Bank of India.

2. The applicants/ petitioners had inadvertently paid the amount by way of Court fee stamp paper of Rs.11,000/-. The applicants / petitioners had produced the same.

3.The Court fees paid by way of court fee stamp paper of Rs.11,000/- may be refunded by the Registry.

4.The application stands allowed under section 379(3) of Indian Succession Act and the Registry is directed to refund the Court Fee in the name of the applicant.
