ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's life, liberty, dignity and their property by considering the petitioner's complaints dated 03.11.2021 and 02.12.2021.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed Crl.O.P.No.23553 of 2021 seeking to register F.I.R based on his complaint. This Court had directed the respondent police to consider the same by an order dated 03.11.2021.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that as per the direction of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23553 of 2021, the petitioner's complaint has to be considered and appropriate action has to be taken. Thereafter, the petitioner's prayer for police protection would be considered.
4. This Court had already directed the respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 03.11.2021 by an order dated 03.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.23553 of 2021. In the event of finding any cognizable offence, the respondent police is directed to register F.I.R and if there is a finding that needs police protection, the same has to be provided.
5. With the abovesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
