ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the surcharge proceedings dated 28.12.2005, wherein the respondent has passed an order to recover a sum of Rs.2,62,540/- together with interest at the rate of 18% till the date of depositing the amount.
2.Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice if an order is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appellate authority, with the limited prayer.
4.In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into the merits, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate forum. On filing of such appeal, it is for the appellate authority to pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

5.With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
