This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner should report before the XXII Additional District and Sessions Court at Allikulam, Chennai on all working days until further orders and on all hearing dates without fail passed in Crl.O.P.No.15853 of 2023 dated 18.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, final report filed and case is taken on file in S.C.No.228 of 2021.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.
