Today, Mr.P.H.Aravind Pandian, learned Senior Counsel instructed by Mr.Pawan Jhabakh, learned counsel on record for applicant in captioned applications (taken out by Ex-Director of the company) and Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, learned 'Deputy Official Liquidator' [hereinafter 'Deputy OL' for the sake of convenience and brevity] on behalf of 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' [hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of brevity] are before me in this web hearing on a video conferencing platform.
