C.M.P.No.3580 of 2023 in A.S.No.70 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., The learned counsel for the respondents stated that this Appeal Suit is filed against the preliminary decree.

The plaintiff has already filed I.A.No.2 of 2020 for passing of final decree in O.S.No.157 of 2016. The final decree has been passed by this Court on 28.06.2024.

Hence, I find that, since the final decree has already been passed, there is no order required in the above C.M.P.

2. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.3580 of 2023 is closed.
