Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as against the order of this Court dated 21.07.2023 passed in W.P.No.3262 of 2019, the respondent preferred an appeal before this Court in W.A.No.3355 of 2024 and the same came to be dismissed on 28.11.2024 by granting a further period of twelve weeks to comply with the order of this Court dated 21.07.2023.
