This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to permit him to amend S.T.C.No.115 of 2022 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Vellore instead of C.C.No.88 of 2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore, wherever it is deem fit and necessary in the quash petition filed in Crl.O.P.No.6259 of 2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also, no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
