Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 25.08.2025, the paper publication has been effected insofar as R1 is concerned and the affidavit of service has also been filed. Service is completed and there is no representation for first respondent either in person or through counsel.

2. Insofar as respondents 2 to 4 are concerned, the service has already been completed and names are also printed in the cause list.

3. This application for extension of time has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, based on the request made by the learned Arbitrator on 06.08.2025. The learned counsel submitted that the pleadings are completed and the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses and marking documents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, the period for completion of the arbitration proceedings is extended by six months. 2/4
