Heard Mr.V.Purushothaman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint has been closed by the respondent police on 17.09.2019 stating that the petitioner has to approach the Central Crime Branch in regard to his complaint.
