Contempt Petition No.1363 of 2017 Zone dated 13.1.2020 in Na.Ka.No.309/2016/Pan.2 and would submit that the order passed by this Court has been partially complied with and in respect of encashment of leave on private affairs, necessary undertaking also has been given to make the payment within two weeks.
