This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to grant a license in favor of petitioner for the year 2019-2020 to run the private market in Survey No.309/10 at Konneripatti Agharagam Village, Sankari Taluk.

2. The petitioner seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to grant license to run the market for the period 2019-2020. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. However, it is open to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondents seeking license for running market in Survey No.309/10 at Konneripatti Agharagam Village, Sankari Taluk for the current year. If such representation is made by the petitioner, it shall be considered by the fourth 2/4

respondent in accordance with law within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of fresh representation.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
