ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 427, 324, 506(ii) IPC @ Sections 147, 148, 448, 294(b), 427, 324 506 (ii), 302 of IPC, in Crime No.68 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
