ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to pass the order on petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2025 relating to petitioner's land comprised in Block No.32, TS No.5/1, on Koyambedu Village.

2. At the outset, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents by placing reliance on written instructions would submit that petitioner's representation has been considered and the matter has been referred to the City Civil Court, Chennai, as could be seen from paragraph 4 of the instructions, which is extracted hereunder:

"4. I refer the appeal filed in the reference under Section 64 and 65 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 to take up on the file of the Hon'ble Court."
