This application has been filed to receive additional documents.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the above Original Petition was filed during Covid-19 lock down with available documents. These are vital documents to decide the issue involved in this case and hence, the present application is filed.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to mark the additional documents, subject to proof and relevancy. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

4. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence on 11.10.2023.
